Current Affairs: 18th to 21st Nov 2018 - GK Update

*Congress Kerala working President and Wayanad MP M.I. Shanavas passes away. He was undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

*The United States Department of State designated Hajji 'Abd al-Nasir as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist.

*Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik inaugurated the 1st International Public Art Symposium (IPAS) in Bhubaneswar.(20.11.2018).
*An agreement has been signed by the Ministry of Information and Communications of Vietnam  and India 's Ministry of Communications.

*An agreement of cooperation between the Department of Foreign Affairs of Provinces, which is a branch of Vietnam's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Indian Business Chamber in Vietnam has been signed.

*An academic agreement has also been signed between the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics in Hanoi and New Delhi's Jawaharlal Nehru University.

*The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry have also signed an agreement.

*Delhi's Patiala House court awards death penalty to Yashpal Singh and life imprisonment to Naresh Sehrawat for killing two Sikhs during the 1984 riots.

* On behalf of the Dispute Panel, the ICC has announced the outcome of the recent DRC proceedings between the BCCI and the Pakistan Cricket Board(PCB). Following a three-day hearing, the panel has dismissed PCB’s claim against BCCI: International Cricket Council.
